We are committed to providing excellent care to patients, families and fellow professionals. Therefore, below are the steps to successfully refer a case to us:
If your referral is for any of our specialities: Internal Medicine, Neurology, Ethology, Traumatology, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Oncology, Cardiology or General Surgery.
Send us an email to info@hvmontjuic.com with:
-Subject: ‘Referral case NAME SPECIALITY’
-Detailed information about the case.
-Any tests and reports you consider necessary to give us a complete picture of the situation.
In case of emergency, call the centre directly on 934 23 77 11.
Please wait for us to confirm receipt of the case.
We are committed to ensuring that you feel properly cared for, so we invite you to request confirmation of receipt of the email so that you know that your referral is being processed. We will send you an email confirming that we have received your request, and when we do, you can inform your client to call us and schedule an appointment.
